Be enough.

Feel at home within yourself.

You want to feel confident in yourself, relationships and in the world.

You stay busy and push through. When you stop, the worry and anxiety flood in.

I can help.

What if you could reach for yourself when anxious, sad, or alone?

You might feel:

  • calm in your body and mind

  • confidence and clarity

  • hope and belonging

  • secure and grounded

  • strength and resiliency

  • excitement and ease

What if you could reach for care and support that feels solid AND allows you autonomy?

You might feel:

  • ease in your relationships

  • connection feels enlivening, not draining

  • leaning into others feels comfortable

  • awareness of feelings that calms anxiety

Together, we can slowly get to the root of what’s happening inside that’s causing anxiety, shame, guilt, or disconnection to self and others.

By gently noticing attachment-relationship, or emotional-coping patterns, in the moment together, we get unstuck. We then get choice about how to respond to feelings, ourselves and others.

We build a stronger relationship to ourselves and create room for more secure, connected relationships. We have clarity and feel a sense of alive direction that comes from being connected with our feelings, our wants, and our needs.

Not just talking about stuff, but experiencing real change in the moment together.

The best way to know we are right to work together is to schedule a first session.

Welcome. You’re taking a courageous step to start therapy, so that is huge!

Our work together would be emotionally and relationally focused, attachment-based, and experiential.

My natural ethos as a therapist is warm, accepting, and genuinely caring.
