therapy with me is about feeling supported, safe and connected.

When you feel a sense of trust in our therapy relationship, you'll be able to bring vulnerable parts of yourself forward in new ways. This is where growth begins.

I bring my lived experience of my own healing and growth. I believe in therapy because I've experienced first-hand the transformation that happens when you feel completely supported, seen and accepted.

We’ll be uncovering the patterns that keep you stuck. We will be noticing what doesn't work and what can work better.

I’ll be noticing your positive qualities and strengths and I'll help you see them too.

I'll help you to develop trust in yourself and to enjoy your own company.

You might have a lot to share, so I will help focus in on what matters most to you.

You’ll strengthen your personal boundaries and learn how to take better care of your soul.

I am always listening for what you are feeling- because your emotions are going to tell us what you are wanting.

 
 

You’ll experience the freedom of being exactly who you are, when you’re not worried about the expectations of others, or trying to mold yourself into who you imagine others want you to be.
