Overwhelmed?

Who You Are:  It can begin to feel like you're running from yourself. You stay busy so you don’t have to deal with the worry and anxious feelings you have when you're alone.  

You’ve intelligently developed this strategy to help you deal with life’s challenges and it's worked pretty well until now. But you notice your feelings build up and come out in ways that you can’t control; like a flood of emotion leaving you feeling overwhelmed and then drained by life.

Me with You:  We’ll be gently exploring the learned strategies that protect you from your uncomfortable feelings, but block you from feeling calm, joy, aliveness and a sense of purpose. I’ll help you be with your feelings and self, without fear. You’ll learn to accept yourself and develop self-compassion for the parts of you that are still in progress. You’ll develop a stronger sense of who you are and the life you want to create. 

The overwhelm will begin to fade away as you prioritize your well-being and bring more balance into you life.

You'll learn to ride the waves of your emotions and what happens in life because you'll be at the center of yourself and your experience, not bowled over by changing circumstances and your reactions to them.
